Job Title: Broadband Installer

Pay: $75,000 - $85,000 annually ($31.25 - $38.46 hourly). The hourly rate listed is an estimated, this role is compensated using component / piece pay model.

Location: Greensboro, NC and surrounding areas

Must Haves:

1 yr of experience installing fiber to the home (FTTH)
Provide your own vehicle capable of having a ladder rack attached to it for carrying a 28' ladder
All required work authorization for employment in the United States. No visa sponsorship provided.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Broadband Installer to join our team. As a Broadband Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining high-speed internet and other communication services for residential and commercial customers.

Responsibilities:

Install and configure broadband equipment and related devices in customers' homes and businesses.
Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with broadband services.
Provide exceptional customer service and support by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while working at heights and in tight spaces.
Follow company procedures and guidelines for proper equipment handling and maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Stay up-to-date with new technology, trends, and industry developments related to broadband installation and services.

Requirements:

Previous experience in broadband installation, telecommunications, or related field preferred.
Knowledge of networking and computer hardware/software.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

I understand this is a strenuous job, you will be carrying a 28 ft ladder and climbing ladders, several times a day, out in the field on aerial cable. You may have to work in attics, crawl spaces, etc. You will be working out in the elements (Heat, Rain, Wind, etc.) Are you able to meet the physical demands of the job? **
