Journeyman Electrician - New Construction (Phoenix, AZ)

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Compensation: $30 - $40/hr

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all aspects of electrical installation according to blueprints, specifications, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, fixtures, panels, and controls.
  • Test electrical systems for functionality and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other tradespeople on the job site.
  • May assist in training and mentoring apprentices.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Journeyman Electrician in new construction.
  • Arizona State Registrar of Contractors (ROC) recognized journeyman electrician status (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
  • Experience with various electrical tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
